I would say that do what they are advertised to do. Even at 2.5 mg, you can feel the effects. I used to feel like it was a placebo, but I realized that it isn't when I started to get more into cannabis products and tried them all. They all have very distinctive feels to them. The Love gummies are a bit of an aphrodisiac (body high), the big brain ones def make you think differently (mind high), and the sleepy time ones are for chilling out and sleeping hard.
All in all, they are a good product that I trust. (They make it very easy to make schedule deliveries and change your scheduled delivery if you want to switch it up on their website too!)
