Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (CST). Our customer support receives several service inquiries throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. 

You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days.

If you need to cancel or update your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described below.

Cancellation requests made after shipping may qualify for a full refund if the product is returned unopened.

We understand that trying something new can feel risky, and that you shouldn’t have to pay for a product that doesn’t meet your satisfaction.

Our 30-day guarantee says that if you purchase an item and find it’s not to your liking for any reason, simply return it. We’ll provide you with store credit to select another item of your choice.

• Return product must be at least ½ full
• Order must be fewer than 30 days from delivery date

3-6 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. We ship using USPS First Class, and shipping varies from state to state. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email for an exact timeline.

Processing can take up to 1-2 business days before orders are ready for shipment.

Yes, our shipping is discreet. Small orders (1-5 items) are shipped in all-black polymer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes. Keep in mind that all orders will have “Delta Munchies” on the shipping label.

Yes! All of our products are third-party lab-tested in DEA-certified or ISO-accredited labs. You can check out our lab reports to get more information on purity, potency, and contaminants.

Yes. Most of our certificates include breakdowns of Delta-9, Delta-8, THCA, THCP, CBD, and terpene profiles. Of course, if you have additional questions regarding specific analysis, feel free to reach out!

Our products comply with federal law, which states that they must contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. We also follow all applicable state regulations. Before placing an order, make sure to check your local laws.

Some states restrict certain cannabinoids, which is why we cannot currently ship THCA or Delta-8 to all states. Delta-9, on the other hand, is available in most states. You can refer to our Shipping FAQs for updates.

We recommend starting with the microdose products from our Sweet Dreams or Light Buzz lineups! Allow them to digest for around 1-2 hours before determining whether or not you should take more. As we always say, it’s better to begin low and slow!

THC is a psychoactive compound found in Delta-9, Delta-8, and THCA. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning you can generally get the same relaxing effects of THC without the “high.”

You can expect around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your metabolism, your tolerance, and whether or not you ate anything beforehand. Effects can last anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, so make sure to plan accordingly.
