30-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

We understand that trying something new can feel risky. We believe you shouldn’t have to pay for a product that doesn’t meet your satisfaction.

This is where our 30-day guarantee comes in. If you purchase an item and find it’s not to your liking for any reason, simply return it. We’ll provide you with store credit to select another item of your choice. Rest assured, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction is guaranteed.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be the first time you have ordered a product from our store.
• Return product must be at least 1/2 full full.
• Order must be fewer than 30 days from delivery date.
• Sale items, bundles, and subscriptions may not apply.
• Prerolls must be unopened.

We’re really proud of the quality of our products, but we understand that everyone’s experience with cannabinoids can vary. While we can’t accept returns based on product effectiveness, we’re always here to support you in finding what works best for you. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.

Cancellation request that are made after order has been shipped may qualify for a full refund upon return of unopened products.

Our customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. 

Items may not be edited once your order has been shipped.
