    General Questions

    Our customer service team is avaible to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (PST). Our customer support has a lot of services inquires throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days. 

    If you need to cancel or update your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.

    Cancellation request that are made after order has been shipped may qualify for a full refund upon return of unopened products.

    Our customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

    Items may not be edited once your order has been shipped.

    This is where our 30-day guarantee comes in. If you purchase an item and find it’s not to your liking for any reason, simply return it. We’ll provide you with store credit to select another item of your choice. Rest assured, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction is guaranteed.

    HHC and Full Spectrum Delta 9 is currently available for delivery to all 50 states in the US except CA.

    3-6 business days, not including Sundays and holidays. We ship using USPS First Class, and shipping varies from state to state. Once your order is shipped out, we’ll send you a tracking number via email for an exact timeline.

    Production times can take up to 1-2 business days before orders are ready for shipment.

    Yes, our shipping is discreet. Small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all black polymer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes. Keep in mind all orders will have “Delta Munchies” on the shipping label.

    Product Questions

    Delta 8 THC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in Hemp. Delta 8 THC is reported to be psycho active but less intoxicating than Delta 9 THC. Most users describe delta 8 as “the perfect in-between of CBD and Delta 9 THC.”

    Yes, delta 8 is federally legal and readily avaible in most states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. In the bill, “hemp” or “industrial hemp” is defined as “an agricultural product, whether growing or not, that is limited to types of the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds of the plant and all derivatives, extracts, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of no more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
