Refused to honor discounts

The product has been a life saver for pain relief but you only honored a discount in my initial order. Since you claim the product is already marked down so you won’t honor the discount you send which doesn’t say anything about excluding products. Someone repeatedly spending $200 each order sometimes more than one a month but not worth honoring the discount. Instead of recommending your product as I did in the beginning, I am looking for a product that works that I can purchase from a company that values me as a customer. Sadly, I am solely responsible for my local dispensary carrying and selling so much of your product. That dispensary couldn’t sell your product and make a profit if the markup wasn’t built in the price. Therefore I am fully aware you could honor the discounts you continue to offer and just choose not to honor it because you could care less if I place another order. I got it loud and clear. So if nothing changes I pray I find a different solution for my pain soon. I can’t afford to use your product as needed and it’s not pleasant when you don’t care if I’m a customer.
